Job Description

We’re supporting a public sector organisation on a key hire within their growing automation programme. This is an opportunity for a well-rounded Business Analyst who can own work end-to-end, not just documentation, but genuinely driving change through from discovery to delivery. You’ll play a key part in embedding automation across the organisation, working closely with stakeholders to understand current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and shape solutions that drive efficiency and better outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading business analysis across automation and process improvement initiatives
  • Mapping “as-is” and “to-be” processes, identifying gaps and opportunities
  • Engaging with stakeholders across business and technology
  • Defining and managing functional requirements through to delivery
  • Supporting procurement, testing, and implementation activities
  • Identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • A solid Business Analyst with true end-to-end experience
  • Strong process mapping and improvement capability (Lean mindset beneficial)
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and ability to challenge constructively
  • Experience working across both business and technology teams
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
  • Experience with Automation led projects
  • Need to be eligible for vetting
  • Must have lived in the UK for 5 years+
