We are currently seeking a candidate to fill the position of Senior Business Analyst, who will provide advanced analytical, financial, and strategic support to management. The role involves leading quantitative analysis, generating insights, improving business processes, and supporting decision‑making for complex initiatives and projects. A Senior Analyst acts as a bridge between data, strategy, and execution.
Job Responsibility
Lead complex quantitative and qualitative analyses to support business decisions
Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
Interpret data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Support strategic planning, business cases, and investment evaluations
Prepare high‑quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations
Own and improve recurring reporting processes
Support and sometimes lead cross-functional projects
Collaborate with Finance, Origination, Transactions, Strategy, and external partners
Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Guide junior analysts or interns when applicable
Analyze processes and propose data‑driven improvements
Implement enhancements to analytical tools, reporting standards, or workflows
Contribute to automation initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI and analitical tools
Microsoft 365 (Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams...)
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in corporate finance, consulting analytics or similar environments
Fluency in English and Spanish
Valuable German
M&A: due diligence, deal screening, modeling, documentation support
Strong financial modeling and data interpretation skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to synthesize complex information clearly and concisely
Detail‑oriented with strong execution discipline
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
