Job Description:

Seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the design, build, and optimization of Airtable solutions for studio and production-facing teams. This role focuses on translating operational needs into scalable Airtable bases, interfaces, and automations within an Agile environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, build, and maintain Airtable solutions to support operational workflows
  • Translate business requirements into effective Airtable-based solutions
  • Optimize automations and data structures to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Support integrations and large data sets in collaboration with engineering teams
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery cycles
  • Develop documentation, user guides, and best practices
  • Provide end-user training and ongoing support as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining Airtable bases, interfaces, and automations
  • JavaScript
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • JavaScript experience for advanced Airtable automations
  • Experience working with large datasets and platform integrations
  • Familiarity with Airtable AI features

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to BI or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, MicroStrategy)
