Job Responsibility:

  • Assess current business workflows to identify areas where AI can be leveraged to deliver genuine value and outcomes across sales, operations, design and leadership teams, including streamlining processes and improving customer experience
  • Communicate complex AI concepts in plain, practical language to a range of stakeholders, from frontline operations staff to the C-suite, to ensure consistent adoption and implementation of internal tooling across the business
  • Partner with internal Data and IT team as a commercial AI SME to bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery

Requirements:
