Job Responsibility

analyze business needs and define use cases for integrating applications, ensuring the right access governance controls are in place
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements for application onboarding into SailPoint IIQ
Work closely with IAM engineers to map out the technical steps for application onboarding, from requirement documentation to production deployment
Support testing and validation of applications onboarded into the SailPoint IIQ environment
Conduct business analysis to identify and define user roles, access requirements, and entitlements across applications
Facilitate workshops with business owners and application teams to understand user access needs and define RBAC models
Create documentation on role structures, access profiles, and user provisioning workflows
Collaborate with IAM engineers to configure roles and profiles within SailPoint IIQ based on business requirements
Work with business and compliance teams to ensure all role-based access controls meet regulatory and organizational standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA)
