Job Description:

The candidate will be required to provide support to Strategic Ceo Projects Function across different activities ranging from C-levels presentations to dedicated quantitative analysis, to support the organization and deployment of the Strategic Projects of the Company. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the creation of projects’ plan, monitoring and reporting projects progress to ensure they are in line with agreed timelines, calculate and monitor KPIs and create Presentations, interfacing with Business function to support the achievement of all required activities. The candidate will be also asked to analyze financial reports, market research and operating procedures to improve business activities.

Job Responsibility:

Support in the management and control phases of the projects
Run quantitative analysis and prepare dedicated reports
Develop presentations for top management
Ensure support to the implementation and monitoring of strategic initiatives
Pro-actively interface with other Business functions and consultants

Requirements:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering or equivalent
Previous experience (e.g 1-2 years) in the insurance or financial sector or consultancy would be an advantage
Very proficient with Excel, Access and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently as well as engage and interact with different stakeholders
Proactive approach
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
