Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support end-to-end requirements gathering and solution development within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). This role will focus on eliciting business requirements, writing user stories, and collaborating with developers to design and deliver solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders
  • Document business and functional requirements
  • Write and manage user stories in Azure DevOps
  • Work closely with developers to refine requirements and solution design
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
  • Ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood by development teams
  • Support projects throughout the full SDLC lifecycle
  • Help validate delivered solutions against requirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation
  • Experience creating and managing user stories in Azure DevOps
  • Experience working with Agile teams and developers
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Background working in Agile/Scrum environments

Nice to have:

Certifications such as CBAP, Scrum Product Owner, or Scrum Master are a plus
