Business Analyst – Strategic Procurement and Compliance FrameworksBrisbane Contract Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for translating complex policy into actionable system functionality? We are seeking a Principal Business Analyst to join a key project team focused on the development and implementation of systems under a Strategic Procurement and Compliance Framework. In this role, you will lead critical business analysis activities, ensuring the successful design and integration of systems that support procurement reform initiatives. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead requirements-gathering workshops with stakeholders to identify and document comprehensive business and system requirements
  • Map current and future-state processes to support the design and implementation of systems under the PAM Framework
  • Develop and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation to guide system development
  • Act as the primary liaison between policy, ICT, and operational teams to ensure seamless system integration
  • Oversee data profiling, cleansing, and migration activities while managing the execution of test strategies and UAT

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in business analysis, specifically leading requirements gathering and process mapping
