Job Description

Business Analyst with strong software development understanding to contribute to design, development, and maintenance of robust software solutions within Bosch Digital Business Unit. Bridge gap between architectural concepts and implementation for network policy management and automation tools with 10k+ users globally.

Job Responsibility

  • Collect, analyze and challenge business requirements from various stakeholders
  • Translate complex business needs into functional and non-functional specifications
  • Work closely with international and cross-functional teams
  • Analyze complex technical challenges and debug intricate issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Contribute to architectural design of complex software systems
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software components
  • Uphold clean code principles and testing methodologies
  • Mentor junior colleagues and share expertise

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
  • Experience as a Business Analyst or strong interest/ability in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technical specifications
  • Experience with or strong interest in network policy management and automation tools
  • Strong proficiency in Python with Django framework
  • Practical experience with Docker for containerization
  • Familiarity with OpenShift/Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in agile development environment
