Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with strong exposure to product development and policy administration systems in the insurance sector
In-depth knowledge of insurance products (especially Life & Health), policy lifecycle management, rates setup, pricing, underwriting rules, policy servicing, and new business issuance
Solid understanding of system development methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
