Job Responsibility
Conduct detailed business analysis to identify opportunities for digital transformation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineering, operations, and business units
Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support sprint planning and backlog grooming
Ensure strategic alignment of business analysis activities with organizational goals
Evaluate and recommend AI-enabled solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Perform market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies
Support change management and training initiatives related to new digital solutions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Business
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
7+ years in the digital industry
5+ years of experience in business analysis
3+ years of experience in asset-heavy industries (e.g., oil & gas, utilities, manufacturing)
Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Expertise in business analysis and translating insights into actionable requirements
Ability to ensure strategic alignment across teams and initiatives
Exposure to AI-enabled solutions and data-driven decision making
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high degree of autonomy
