Job Description:

Business Analyst to join a leading bank in the EU, and be part of a global team driving innovation in financial and risk data solutions. Work on cutting-edge tools that support credit risk reporting and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibility:

Act as the bridge between business and tech teams, translating needs into smart, scalable solutions
Lead workshops, gather and prioritize requirements, and document them clearly
Configure business rules using a proprietary rule management system
Test and validate functionalities to ensure alignment with business goals
Provide ad-hoc support and manage access rights

Requirements:

3–5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in banking or credit risk
Strong SQL and ETL knowledge
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Fluent in English
Team player with client-first mindset
Analytical thinker who simplifies complexity
Clear communicator across all levels

Nice to have:

Python, Git, JIRA, and Agile
Basic French
