We are seeking a Business Analyst – Business Intelligence to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain accurate, meaningful reports and dashboards using Tableau software based on defined KPIs
Review existing information flows, define information and data requirements, and support the management of information and data to meet business needs while sustaining data integrity
Partner with the business to develop innovative solutions to problems and suggest new approaches to reporting, analysis, and business process improvement
Assist with project work, feasibility studies, and variance analysis
Provide modelling and analytical support to the FP&A team
Assist with the provision and review of data for current and future bonus plans, and help address related data queries
Support the budget and forecast processes
Requirements:
Degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of work experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, and/or Data Science
Experience developing and maintaining reports using business intelligence reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Advanced Tableau reporting capability covering complex calculations (e.g., level of detail expressions, nested formulas, table calculations), multi-source data blending, and scalable data modelling is highly regarded
Strong analytical mindset
Excellent data management and systems skills
Meticulous attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and self-review
Advanced modelling skills using Microsoft Excel
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior management and business operations
Ability to multitask and work effectively to deliver results within strict timeframes
