Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Business Analysis CoE team to support enterprise transformation and cyber security initiatives. The role involves gathering business and technical requirements, engaging stakeholders, improving processes, and ensuring successful delivery of projects aligned with organizational and security standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Gather and document business and technical requirements
  • Conduct GAP analysis of current and future processes
  • Develop user stories, process maps, and functional specifications
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
  • Support project planning and delivery timelines
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Collaborate with business units, technical teams, and external vendors
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
  • Support audit and risk management activities

Requirements:

  • Strong Business Analysis and requirement gathering skills
