• Expert Business Analyst with proven experience in the annuity industry (IMO required)
• Strong communicator, confident in consulting with senior stakeholders and translating business needs into actionable requirements
• Deep understanding of annuity distribution and new business processes
• Capable educator who brings business context to technical teams

Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Agentforce
