Job Responsibility:
Supporting Sales & Client Executives and Leaders with win strategies for competitive renewals (using ISG)
Conducting outside-in account analysis and delivering CXO-level insights
Performing technology research based on current market trends
Utilizing market research platforms
Creating customer and industry-specific presentations leveraging NTT group companies
Performing competition analysis and SWOT assessments
Developing sales battlecards on competitors and the technology landscape
Reporting weekly to Sales Leaders on pipeline, forecasts, activities, and heatmaps
Using Salesforce CRM to generate reports
Managing client visits to India as needed
Collaborating with marketing on client campaigns
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience
Expertise in market intelligence and competitive analysis
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with market research platforms (Gartner, ISG, IDC, Frost & Sullivan, Thomson Reuters, S&P Global)
Experience using Salesforce CRM
Experience with AI tools (CoPilot & ChatGPT)
Strategic thinker skilled in synthesizing complex data
