This role sits within T-Mobile's Incentive Strategy team and drives the data modeling, financial analysis, and business intelligence work that shapes how we design, evaluate, and evolve our incentive programs. You'll turn large, complex datasets into clear strategic recommendations — modeling incentive plan structures, forecasting financial impact, measuring program effectiveness, and delivering executive-level insights that influence decisions across the organization. This is a data and strategy role where the domain happens to be incentives. If you've built financial models, written SQL against enterprise data warehouses, and translated complex data into narratives that drive business action — this role is for you. Compensation or incentive background is a plus, not a prerequisite.
