As an MIGSO-PCUBED Scrum Management Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of innovative agile projects helping our clients improve the consistency and alignment in the way in which they deliver technology solutions within an agile WOW.
Job Responsibility:
Work across diverse sectors to manage diverse projects and support programs of work
Deliver within complex client engagements and aid MP team leadership with client relationship management
Support the engagement lead to build our footprint within a client or multiple clients, while taking advantage of a diverse range of professional development opportunities
Ensure customer satisfaction and and successful delivery of key client initiatives
Working with a variety of stakeholders to elicit and define business needs
Work in an Agile or Waterfall framework or a mix of both (Hybrid)
Work with a PMO across multiple or singular projects streams or supporting a large Portfolio of Enterprise critical projects
Define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and traceability matrices
Build or support the creation of a business case, product roadmap and customer journey
Analyse and develop options papers and recommendations
Provide task and project estimates, assisting with backlog grooming and run Scrum ceremonies and stand-ups
Analyse and develop organisational change plans
Perform as is and to be process and gap analysis
Work with users and provide training on new processes and systems
Plan, oversee, and contribute to system and user acceptance testing
Assist in post implementation support
Requirements:
5+ years of client facing business analyst experience
Must be an Australian Citizen
Must Have Power App/Power Platform experience
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
Qualifications and/or certifications in Agile, SaFE, IIBA or BABok
Problem-solving skills, including ability to handle complex problems creatively
Highly developed numerical and analytical skills, with strong business acumen
Creativity to develop insights into the client and/or industry challenge
Ability and confidence to provide balanced, pragmatic advice to senior managers and executives via strong communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated capacity to develop and adopt new approaches, ideas, and work practices
Demonstrated experience in performing root-cause analysis
Easily adaptable to different situations, clients, industries, or processes
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a project team
Proven track record of conducting business analysis from end-to-end project life cycle
Prior experience with Jira, Confluence, Signavio, BPMN or other process tools
Prior experience in implementing Customer Relationship Management tools
Nice to have:
Prior experience in writing SQL queries will be desirable
