Job Description

We're looking for a Business & AI Applications Manager to join our PMO & Applications team, based in Brussels or Paris. You'll own a portfolio of ~70 SaaS applications across 12 domains, from governance and licence management to rationalisation and hands-on platform administration. This is a strategic role with real operational weight: you'll advise business units on the right tools, drive consolidation decisions, and make sure the application landscape stays coherent, cost-effective, and future-ready.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and maintain the full application inventory, including dependencies, integrations, and lifecycle status
  • Manage licence budgets and track usage through KPIs, dashboards, and governance routines
  • Run application governance committees with business units across the organisation
  • Support business teams in evaluating new tools, conducting gap analyses, POCs, and ROI assessments
  • Lead implementation and migration projects, coordinating with procurement, legal, and security teams
  • Administer key platforms directly or via partners, including Jira, Confluence, Odoo, Intercom, and Pendo
  • Identify redundancies across the portfolio and lead rationalisation and sunset initiatives
  • Ensure the application landscape stays coherent and aligned with enterprise architecture standards

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Application Portfolio Management, IT Governance, or a similar role
  • Solid understanding of application lifecycle management, governance frameworks, and vendor management
  • Experience managing implementation or migration projects
  • Excellent command of English
