Job Description:

You'll work within our Transformation team to provide critical agile coaching and support across Enterprise Programmes. You'll play an important part in the adoption of BUK ways of working, providing key thought leadership and provision of technique support to teams across BUK Customer Journey Labs, including the accelerated customer journey transformation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Mentor and coach teams and leaders on Agile principles, practices, tools, and methodologies
  • Facilitate Colleague Development to embed Agile ways of working
  • Build High-Performing Teams
  • Drive Continuous Improvement using data and metrics
  • Collaborate across the business
  • Own the Agile coaching strategy to improve maturity levels
  • Creation and execution of a project control framework

Requirements:

  • A deep understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, management practices, and tools (e.g. Jira)
  • Relevant Agile certifications (e.g. SAFe)
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • High adaptability and resilience

Nice to have:

  • Change management and delivery experience
  • Proven ability to balance data-driven decision-making with strategic goals
  • Project management experience and proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Navigator)
