Job Responsibility:
Manage office supplies by monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed
Schedule and coordinate meetings while ensuring proper documentation and communication
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely delivery and distribution
Support the sales and operations teams through administrative tasks and coordination
Assist in setting up new customer and vendor accounts, including preparing necessary documentation
Maintain accurate records of inventory and ensure proper tracking of supplies
Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
Contribute to the efficient operation of the office by addressing miscellaneous tasks and challenges
Requirements:
