We are currently recruiting for a business administrator to support the managers and front line staff for our Public Sector client. This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in supporting the operational delivery of a high-quality service.
Job Responsibility
Organise, produce and maintain accurate records
Act as contact point for all communications to the team, ensuring prioritise and distribute communications to the appropriate person or department
Input requisitions on to the finance database and process requisitions for the department
Co-ordinate any awareness sessions for area of work
Correspond with relevant stakeholders and agencies to ensure information is adequately shared
Maintain and check databases, manual filing systems and logs of information, responding within agreed timescales and producing reports as required
Act as note taker for meetings including organising agenda, taking, distributing minutes and action points
