Job Responsibility:
Raise and manage purchase orders while processing invoices efficiently
Take clear and accurate meeting minutes, maintaining action trackers
Manage diaries and coordinate meetings for multiple managers
Act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
Oversee general office administration, including inbox management, filing, and supplies
Support a hybrid office environment, providing cover across the admin team
Assist with finance processes, supplier setup, and expenses
Requirements:
Proven experience in a general administrative or PA role
Strong background in raising purchase orders (essential)
Solid experience in minute-taking
Good IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and finance systems
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
A friendly, professional communication style and a team-focused approach
Nice to have:
Experience in suggesting or supporting process improvements is a bonus
