An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Administrator to join our successful team at Sytner Jaguar Land Rover South West London. You will be office based at the JLR Southwest London store working closely with local site management team to help identify and rectify any opportunities for improvement with support from the group Health & Safety team.
Job Responsibility:
Ensuring that the risks to both colleagues and the business are kept to a minimum
Ensure that the site is fully up to date with all Health & Safety documentation
General business administration including producing documentation for new colleagues
Supporting the Head of Business on a day-to-day basis
Requirements:
Experience and knowledge ideally relative to retail automotive Health and Safety requirements
Retail automotive industry experience and knowledge
Demonstrate good oral, written and IT communication skills
Have the ability to make a difference through colleague engagement, coaching and support
Be confident & able to take the lead in accident investigations
Have a good working knowledge of relative and current Health & Safety legislation requirements
Be enthusiastic, well organised, diligent, and able to work to strict deadlines whilst paying attention to detail and working both as an individual and as part of a team
