Business Administrator

• Acting as a key point of contact for dealerships regarding parts enquiries
• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer queries professionally and efficiently
• Progress chasing parts orders and providing timely updates to customers and dealers
• Coordinating with internal teams to track orders and resolve issues
• Managing and updating information across internal systems
• Handling enquiries of a challenging nature and working proactively to find solutions
• Monitoring outstanding orders and ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the process
• Supporting the wider parts team with administrative and coordination duties
• Building strong working relationships with dealerships and internal stakeholders
• Assisting with shipping, export, and dispatch-related administration where required

• Previous administration, customer service, or coordination experience
• Confident communicating with customers and stakeholders over the phone and via email
• Comfortable handling challenging conversations and resolving issues professionally
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities within a busy environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
• Experience within shipping, export, logistics, dispatch, or supply chain environments would be advantageous but is not essential
• A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
