Job Description

This is a really fantastic opportunity for a person to support the administration of the Building Repairs Service and support the Head of Building Repairs. Candidates must be enthusiastic, good communicators and have excellent attention to detail, being able to manage multiple demands and workstreams arising from the service.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting administration and governance of the Building Repairs Service
  • Arranging and providing administrative support in meetings (agendas, minutes, risk registers, action logs)
  • Uploading and monitoring information on IT systems
  • Supporting with collating and preparing data for financial and performance measures
  • Supporting with general administrative duties (sending letters, raising orders, assisting with recruitment, auditing data, managing calendars and emails)

Requirements

  • GCSE Grade 9-4, GCSE Grade A-C, or Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths and English
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient keyboard skills
  • Ability to produce work efficiently and accurately under time constraints
  • Ability to support management of meetings (agendas, minutes, action logs, risk registers)
  • Ability to prepare and review letters, complaints, surveyor reports, and update databases
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritise work
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Competent to be trained on IT databases and systems
  • Relevant experience using Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Sufficient knowledge to work autonomously
  • Positive, resilient attitude
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Right to Work in the UK

  • Knowledge of analysing data
