Job Description:

Shape the future, starting with yours - join AQA as a Business Administration Apprentice. Over two years, you’ll gain hands-on experience across Sales, Marketing and Project Delivery, supporting both UK and International markets. Through a level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship, we’ll equip you with the skills and knowledge to grow, succeed, and make a real impact in a dynamic B2B environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Research clients, partners, and competitors to support strategic decisions
  • Help prepare tailored proposals and bids and assist with organising industry events to boost brand visibility
  • Contribute to marketing plans, create content for emails, social media, and our website
  • Work with internal teams and agencies to produce event materials and track performance
  • Support education and assessment projects by managing tasks and documentation
  • Attend client meetings, and follow project processes to ensure smooth and successful delivery

Requirements:

  • At least 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) including Maths and English
  • An interest in international sales and/or marketing, and the education sector
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Enjoying working with people as part of a team
  • Being resilient, flexible and able to adapt to change and uncertainty

Nice to have:

It would be advantageous but not essential to speak and write fluent Arabic
