Job Description:

This is a Business Administration Apprentice role at Althaus Digital, a specialist training provider. The apprentice will be at the heart of the company, ensuring educational programmes run smoothly and learners have the support they need to thrive. It involves hands-on experience, problem-solving, and contributing to a growing business, supporting both bootcamp and apprenticeship programmes while developing essential skills in administration, organisation, and learner engagement.

Job Responsibility:

Book and Coordinate Exams
System Setup
Apprenticeships Attendance Tracking
Updating and Maintaining Learner Records
New Starts Onboarding
Creating Schedules
Driving Learner Progression
Support office maintenance and general enquiries
Take a digital-first approach whenever possible

Requirements:

GCSE Grade 4/C or equivalent in English and Maths
High standards of personal integrity and professional conduct
Confidence engaging with internal and external stakeholders
Understanding of confidentiality and GDPR
IT literate and comfortable with digital tools
