Job Description:

At Oasis Academy Don Valley, we have a new position open for an Business Administration Apprentice to join a friendly administrative team, providing an efficient point of contact within our reception.

Job Responsibility:

  • Overseeing the reception facility
  • answering calls and dealing with face-to-face enquiries
  • signing in visitors and ensuring all visitors are appropriately monitored
  • providing general clerical and administrative support
  • maintaining school records

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a grade C in GCSE Maths and English
  • Ability to prioritise tasks on a day-to-day basis
  • Experience of using information management systems and strong IT skills
  • A high level of verbal and written communication standards
  • Proven ability to show reliability and to work to meet key deadlines
