This contract-to-permanent position focuses on providing operational and financial support to ensure the smooth execution of departmental processes and compliance programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage operational tasks such as purchasing gifts, planning morale events, and tracking employee milestones
  • Oversee high-volume financial processes, including meal card program reporting, payroll replenishment, and unclaimed property submissions
  • Administer compliance-related activities such as labor law updates, license renewals, and vendor documentation maintenance
  • Take ownership of the P-Card program, handling card requests, approvals, compliance audits, and corporate escalations
  • Support travel-related purchases and expense reporting for the region while ensuring adherence to corporate policies
  • Perform regular audits of ledgers and subscription charges across multiple business lines
  • Provide backup assistance for billing and collections tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Streamline operational workflows by identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Document standard operating procedures, accounting policies, and internal processes to enhance transparency and consistency
  • Coordinate office supply audits and assist with IT peripherals routing for cafes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred, though not required
  • Minimum of 3–4 years of administrative experience with exposure to accounting tasks
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cash, credit card reporting, and financial processes
  • High integrity and sound judgment with a focus on improving workflows
  • Self-motivated individual capable of training others and managing complex projects independently
