Job Description

The Business Accountant will support the company's core accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring accurate financial records and timely close processes. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to support corporate operations, compliance, and financial analysis.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • prepare and post journal entries
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes and financial reporting
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for corporate operations
  • Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including invoice review, billing support, and payment application, as needed
  • Prepare account reconciliations and assist with internal and external audits
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in corporate or business accounting environments
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
