Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking asset management Business Accountability Specialist. This person will be responsible for tracking our network asset inventory for devices in production. They will use Service Now JIRA and a mix of internal tools and reporting to ensure data quality for our Network asset systems of record.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems
  • contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements
  • evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems
  • partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions
  • act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes
  • collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables
  • coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams
  • act as an individual contributor verifying asset data
  • become fluent in all Wells Fargo Policy's and Tool's
  • update systems of record with correct asset data
  • provide weekly metrics and reporting

Requirements:

2+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice to have:

  • Experience with running Asset Management programs for network hardware
  • 1 year with project management
  • ability to manage multiple priorities to success in a rapidly changing environment
  • data analytics, skilled at analyzing data sets, drawing out conclusions and trends, and communicating those trends to broader audiences
  • effective communicator, writes clearly, compellingly, and in a way that breaks down complex topics into their most important components
  • technical experience with Network/Security devices, Asset Management experience
  • certifications like CCNA/CISSP/Security+
  • problem solver, able to consistently make excellent decisions through a combination of data analysis, judgment and experience, including the ability to anticipate future consequences and trends and incorporate them into the organizational plan
  • familiarity with building dashboards and reporting utilizing visualization tools such as PowerBI
