Job Description:

This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a respectful and enjoyable environment at Misono Japanese Restaurant within JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa. The role offers opportunities for professional development, learning from a creative and passionate team.

Job Responsibility:

Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods
Cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist
Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use
Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures

Requirements:

High standards of grooming & presentation
Exposure to food and beverage environment
Commitment to developing and maintaining service standards to ensure a world class experience
Have a customer first attitude with high service levels a priority
Are flexible to work evenings and weekends
Have a fantastic attitude and passion to learn new skills
Have strong interpersonal skills and initiative
