Job Description:

If so, we want to hear from you. At KIMS Hospital, we are looking for a dedicated and highly organised Bupa Health Administrator to be the linchpin of our Bupa Health Centre services. This role is pivotal to ensuring our patients and visitors experience a seamless, professional, and personal service every time they walk through our doors. As the main point of contact between KIMS Hospital and Bupa, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of all administrative processes related to the Bupa clinic, ensuring high standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure all client appointments are fully supported with correct documentation, from consent forms to clinical files, and manage patient data across systems
  • Deliver exceptional front-of-house service, from greeting patients to resolving queries and managing complaints professionally
  • Maintain and update multiple systems to ensure data integrity, processing payments, rescheduling appointments, and producing accurate patient reports
  • Contribute to audit readiness, ensure CQC compliance, and maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

  • Good standard of general education including GCSE grade 4 or above in English and Maths
  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role within a clinical or corporate setting
  • Passion for delivering high standards of customer care
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to quickly learn bespoke systems

Nice to have:

  • Educated to A-level or NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service
  • Experience using healthcare or client-facing booking and records systems
