Job Responsibility:
Ensure all client appointments are fully supported with correct documentation, from consent forms to clinical files, and manage patient data across systems
Deliver exceptional front-of-house service, from greeting patients to resolving queries and managing complaints professionally
Maintain and update multiple systems to ensure data integrity, processing payments, rescheduling appointments, and producing accurate patient reports
Contribute to audit readiness, ensure CQC compliance, and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
Requirements:
Good standard of general education including GCSE grade 4 or above in English and Maths
Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role within a clinical or corporate setting
Passion for delivering high standards of customer care
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
Strong IT skills and the ability to quickly learn bespoke systems
Nice to have:
Educated to A-level or NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service
Experience using healthcare or client-facing booking and records systems
