Job Responsibility

Partner with operational managers and supervisors, human resources operations and the RK enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition team to provide full life cycle recruiting support to the business
Build and grow strong business relationships and in depth understanding of the business as well as achieving delivery on assigned requisitions
Strategically execute employment marketing for all positions and divisions, external communications and create meaningful, long term business relationships with key stakeholders in the high school, trade school, community college and University arenas, as well as selected community organizations to promote RK opportunities
Relationship Management: point of contact and TA subject matter expert to assigned business operations
Develops and maintains strong relationships with business operators, HR operations staff and educational/community partners
Executes customized yet coordinated TA strategy under direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager
Serves as subject matter expert on external and internal hiring process and system
Delivery Management: Responsible for filling staffing needs on assigned requisitions including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, selection and application processing through the applicant tracking system
Responsible for assuring all new hire paperwork is completed and all contingencies are met and the individual is scheduled for New Hire Orientation
Provides meaningful reporting on status of requisitions and applicant pipeline
