Job Description:

A tailored and multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a focused and driven Building Surveyor to join their expanding Newcastle team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor to work on a broad range of high-profile projects, with a primary focus on the residential sector.

Job Responsibility:

Condition surveys
Defect diagnosis
Party wall matters
Expert witness reports
Collaborate with diverse client base including social landlords and public sector bodies

Requirements:

RICS accredited degree is ideal
Experience within the residential sector is preferred
MRICS or on APC pathway
Previous consultancy experience
