Job Description:

A well-established and respected multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a Building Surveyor for its Birmingham office. Responsibilities include measured surveys, AutoCAD work, and project delivery within residential, commercial, and public sector projects. The role offers opportunities for growth, mentorship, and flexible work arrangements.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting both measured and condition surveys
AutoCAD drawing preparation
Statutory consent applications
Hands-on site work
Office-based responsibilities
Contributing to larger project delivery

Requirements:

A degree in Building Surveying (RICS-accredited) or working towards one
Competency with AutoCAD (essential)
Solid experience in measured and condition surveys
Refurbishment and alteration knowledge of existing buildings
Previous consultancy experience (essential)
Strong communication and client-facing skills
A desire to build a long-term career with opportunity for growth
Full UK driving licence and own transport
