Job Description:

Associate Building Surveyor role in a multidisciplinary building consultancy with nationwide presence. Opportunity to lead and inspire a growing team while delivering comprehensive services to diverse portfolio of clients across education, social housing, and commercial properties.

Job Responsibility:

Generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships
Managing a team and ensuring high performance while fostering career growth
Delivering professional and project services such as condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and project management
Acting as a key figure in business development activities to drive growth

Requirements:

MRICS qualification with a RICS-accredited degree
Proven experience in a consultancy or private practice
Strong client-facing presence with commercial awareness
Line management skills and ability to mentor junior team members
Proactive, motivated approach to business development
