This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Building Surveyor to make a tangible impact in a supportive environment, with a clear progression route towards directorship. As a Building Surveyor, you will oversee a varied client portfolio, including education, retail, commercial, and office projects, for local authorities and offshore developers. You’ll deliver both professional and project services, leveraging your expertise to exceed client expectations.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering a range of professional and project services
Collaborating with an experienced and approachable team
Playing an active role in practice development, with opportunities to progress into leadership

Requirements:

MRICS qualified
Holds a RICS-accredited degree
Consultancy or private practice background
Proven experience across professional and project-based instructions
Ambitious and proactive, thriving in a smaller team setting
