Job Description:

A dynamic, multi-disciplinary Building Surveying firm is actively seeking a seasoned Building Surveyor to enhance their Essex based team. This is an opportunity for a Building Surveyor to work on an exciting portfolio, with a range of projects.

Job Responsibility:

Drafting of detailed specifications
Managing private residential projects
Overseeing substantial extensions ranging from £250k to £500k
Handling educational projects valued over £1M

Requirements:

MRICS qualified (Not essential)
RICS accredited degree (Essential)
A consultancy/ private practice background
Well-rounded service line experience
