Job Description:

A small to medium-sized consultancy is seeking a ground-hitting Building Surveyor who is keen to work on a variety of public and private sector projects. The role involves working on diverse projects, including high-end residential internal refit outs, commercial restraint fit outs, and residential blocks. This opportunity provides exposure to a wide range of project and professional service lines.

Job Responsibility:

Work on a mixture of projects including internal refit outs for high end residential properties, commercial restraint fit outs, internal redecorations, and residential blocks
Handle a full range of project and professional service lines
Cover work across the Southeast of the country

Requirements:

MRICS qualified (Not essential)
RICS accredited degree (Essential)
A property background would be advantageous
Well-rounded service line experience

£40,000 – £50,000
