Job Description:

Building Surveyor role at a leading Built Asset Consultancy, offering opportunity to work within a collaborative and expanding team with clear pathway for progression. The role involves delivering projects across various sectors including Retail, Commercial, Industrial, Education, and Residential.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver projects and professional instructions across private and public sectors
Detailed Building Survey reports and dilapidations advice
Design, contract administration, and party wall matters
Close collaboration with clients, contractors, and design teams
Contribute to growth and success of wider consultancy

Requirements:

Relevant degree in Building Surveying or construction-related discipline
Alternatively, CIOB status and/or demonstrable experience within the construction industry
Strong technical understanding across Building Surveys, Dilapidations, Party Walls, Schedules of Condition, and Contract Administration
Excellent communication skills with ability to liaise effectively at all levels
Great team ethic with proactive and collaborative approach
Full driving licence and own vehicle

Nice to have:

MRICS status or working towards
iMaPS, NEBOSH, or other PD/CDM-C qualifications
