Job Description:

An enthusiastic Building Surveyor is sought to join a dynamic construction consultancy based in their Surrey office. This includes working on a variety of prestigious and sometimes grade-listed buildings and encompassing both private and public institutions as well as universities.

Job Responsibility:

Engaged in schemes within the education sector
Working on prestigious and sometimes grade-listed buildings
Responsible for roof replacements
Responsible for internal alterations
Responsible for build design work

Requirements:

BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or equivalent
Proven experience or interest in the education sector
Excellent techincal skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
A commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining the integrity of listed buildings
