Job Description:

A progressive business group seeks a Chartered Building Surveyor for their property division, based in Milton Keynes. The role focuses on insurance-based residential projects, offering flexibility, autonomy, and growth opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Manage construction projects on residential and insurance-based properties
Deliver all aspects of surveying services with a high degree of autonomy
Maintain and build strong client relationships
Provide expert advice and deliver high-quality reports

Requirements:

MRICS qualified (preferred)
Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent RICS-accredited qualification
Experience in a construction-focused practice delivering surveying services
Client-facing with excellent communication skills
Strong report writing abilities
Interest or experience in insurance-based work (preferred)

Nice to have:

Interest or experience in insurance-based work
