Job Description:

A boutique chartered surveying practice near Liverpool Street Station in London is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their growing team of six. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive Building Surveyor to make a significant impact within a supportive environment, with a clear progression path to directorship. The Building Surveyor will manage a diverse client portfolio spanning education, retail, commercial, and office spaces for local authorities and offshore developers, while delivering a wide range of professional and project services.

Job Responsibility:

Handling a variety of professional and project services
collaborating closely with an experienced and approachable team
contributing to the development of the practice with opportunities to progress into leadership roles

Requirements:

MRICS qualification
RICS-accredited degree
a background in consultancy or private practice
well-rounded experience across both professional and project-based instructions
a proactive, ambitious attitude and the ability to thrive in a smaller team environment
