Job Responsibility
Supporting contract administration duties, including preparing specifications, tender documentation and attending site meetings
Assisting with building surveys and producing clear, accurate reports
Analysing building defects and contributing to technical advice
Supporting the preparation of dilapidations schedules and negotiations
Assisting with the supervision of works on site
Providing advice on maintenance, repair, refurbishment and construction matters
Undertaking building, condition and measured surveys
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Building Surveying
A degree in a RICS‑accredited Building Surveying or related discipline
Right to Work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
Strong interest in commercial property and the built environment
Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to continue developing your technical skills
Ambition to progress toward MRICS through the APC
Confident communication skills and a professional approach with clients
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to produce accurate, high‑quality documentation
