Job Description:

A hands-on role across both project and professional surveying work, with duties ranging from producing specifications and tender documentation to contract administration and defect diagnosis. Opportunity to work across a range of meaningful projects that directly benefit local communities, whilst developing expertise within a collaborative and forward-thinking team environment.

Job Responsibility:

Producing specifications and tender documentation
Contract administration and defect diagnosis
Preparing planning and building regulations applications
Supporting party wall matters
Conducting stock condition surveys and inspections
Working closely with clients, stakeholders, and contractors

Requirements:

Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
Strong knowledge of materials and construction methods
Experience preparing specifications, schedules of works, and tender documentation
Solid understanding of JCT contracts and acting as contract administrator
Familiarity with planning and building regulations approval processes
Proven track record in undertaking site inspections and producing technical reports
Full UK Driving Licence

Nice to have:

Party Wall experience would be beneficial
