Job Description:

A globally recognised construction consultancy is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Building Surveyor to join their vibrant Oxford office, offering the opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-quality projects while developing your career within a supportive, forward-thinking and well-respected professional environment.

Job Responsibility:

Support and lead on a wide range of exciting projects across multiple sectors, including commercial, residential, education, sports, nuclear, and retail
Deliver a comprehensive suite of professional services, including party wall matters, pre-acquisition surveys, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, employer’s agent responsibilities, contract administration, and project management

Requirements:

Qualified with MRICS or at least on the APC pathway and eager to complete this process
Degree in Building Surveying is preferred
Experience within a similar consultancy environment
Both project and professional experience
Able to work independently as well as successfully within a team
