Job Description:

A Building Surveyor is sought to join a Building Surveying team within a leading global real estate advisory firm delivering Building Surveying services across Central London. This Building Surveyor role will focus on a mix of professional and project Building Surveying work across commercial and residential assets. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for delivering Building Surveying instructions from inception through to completion, working closely with clients and internal teams. The Building Surveyor will be based in Central London and will gain exposure to a varied and fast paced Building Surveying workload.

Job Responsibility:

Contract administration across a range of Building Surveying projects
Project management and monitoring of Building Surveying schemes
Undertaking Building Surveying inspections across commercial, retail and residential buildings
Technical due diligence surveys for acquisitions and disposals within Building Surveying
Party wall matters and associated Building Surveying duties
Preparing planned maintenance schedules and Building Surveying reports
Supporting client reporting and project documentation
Working within multidisciplinary teams on Building Surveying commissions

Requirements:

A degree in Building Surveying or related property discipline
Experience delivering Building Surveying services across commercial and residential sectors
Strong technical knowledge within Building Surveying practice
Experience in contract administration and project delivery
Ability to work within multidisciplinary Building Surveying teams
Strong communication skills with clients and stakeholders
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships through Building Surveying work
